This mechanism combines bottle, filling, and sealing into one, with advanced design and compact structure. Suitable for filling and sealing low-dose oral bottles in industries such as pharmaceuticals and food, especially in traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparation rooms and pharmaceutical bases.

The whole machine adopts a rolling wheel for bottle feeding, low-speed filling, electromagnetic capping, and a floating capping lock port to achieve automatic bottle feeding, canning, capping, and locking. By replacing specification parts, similar bottles of different specifications can be filled and sealed. All parts that come into contact with drugs are made of high-quality stainless steel

Adjustment method:

1. Adjustment of feed half.

a、 Adjust the bottle blocking plate A on the upper half of the feed to shorten the bottle feeding stroke; Adjust downwards to extend the bottle entry stroke.

b、 Adjust the positioning of the bottle to the left and right to align the bottle position during the operation of the movable teeth, ensuring that the bottle is smoothly fed into the positioning teeth.

c、 Adjust the bottle stopper B to make the width of the bottle inlet approximately 22 millimeters.

2. The function of the infusion component is to timely deliver the medication to each easy to pull bottle through the syringe, one-way valve, and needle. Therefore, the needle must enter the bottle mouth appropriately and the infusion time must also be appropriate.

a、 Adjust the side cam A to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise so that the needle is inserted into the bottle mouth as soon as the empty bottle enters the tooth shaped position. And lift the needle before leaving the toothed position.

b、 Infusion time adjustment: Rotate cam B clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the needle to start infusion immediately after entering the bottle mouth, and stop infusion before the needle leaves the bottle mouth.

c、 Adjustment of liquid volume: Loosen nut 1 and adjust the top rod towards direction D to increase the liquid volume; Adjust the liquid volume in the C direction to reduce it, and adjust nut 2 in the F direction to reduce the liquid volume. Adjust it in the E direction to increase the liquid volume. When adjusting, pay attention to the limit position of the syringe to avoid damaging it. Generally, it is recommended to have a minimum of 15 millimeters from the bottom of the syringe to the spit, and the longer the infusion time, the better.

3. The working principle and adjustment of the automatic stop infusion device.

When the moving gear plate moves the bottle to the position of filling the medicine, the convex surface of cam 7 separates from swing plate 6, and swing plate 6 is pulled by tension spring 4 to swing clockwise. Swing plate 6 then drives bottle pressing bolt 2 to move downward until it contacts bottle 3. At this time, adjust the steel wire rolling head 5, swing plate 6 to contact and adjust the adjusting screw 8 to extend the top rod bolt 14 millimetersOn the left and right, there is an empty bottle in this position. Due to the action of the tension spring 4, the bottle pressing bolt 2 and the shaking plate 6 continue to move downwards until the steel wire rolling head 5 pulls the steel wire, causing the top rod bolt 1 to detach from the top rod 9 and unable to drive the medication dispenser to work, automatically stopping the infusion of medication.

4. Discharge precautions

As this machine is an easy to pull bottle locking device, the discharge is already covered and sealed. In order to prevent the locked bottles from tipping over, it is necessary to place several empty bottles on the discharge hopper before the first bottle is discharged to ensure that the locked bottles are smoothly transported to the discharge hopper, and then use a bottle hopper to transport them to the next process.

6. Adjustment of locking device

a、 Adjustment of capping time: Adjust the rotation angle of cam 3. When the infusion bottle enters the locking position, the locking shaft has already moved and left the bottle cap before the moving teeth approach the bottle.

b、 Adjustment of capping pressure: The magnitude of capping pressure is directly related to the quality of the lock mouth. If the pressure is too high, it will cause the easy to pull bottle to break, and if the pressure is too low, it will affect the sealing performance. Therefore, the nut 6 should be adjusted according to the actual average height of the easy to pull bottle to adjust the pressure to the best level.

c、 Blade action time adjustment: Blade 2 should be close to the bottleneck before the capping is terminated, otherwise some short bottles cannot achieve the locking effect. When adjusting, loosen nut 4 and adjust shaft 5 up and down to make the action time of blade 2 sooner or later. Note that the elastic force of spring 7 should be greater than that of spring 8 to maintain consistency in the bottleneck.

d、 Attention when adjusting the lock: Each department must pay attention to tightening the nuts after adjustment. During the initial valve test, a pull bottle must be used, and its average height must be taken. Irregular pull bottles cannot enter the lock to avoid damaging the parts.

7. Adjustment of vibrator

This automatic lid dropping system uses the principle of electromagnetic oscillation to lower the bottle cap along a certain trajectory to the appropriate position.

a、 This vibrator is packaged separately when it leaves the factory, and when installed, the lower track opening must be aligned with the easy to pull bottle movement track.

b、 Adjustment of magnet gap: Loosen screw 1, open the outer cover, adjust nut 2 to make the magnet gap 0.6-0.8, and make the vibration sound the lowest and the bottle cap linear velocity the fastest.

Machine usage, maintenance, and installation:

1. Because this filling machine is an automated machine, it is required to have uniform sizes for easy to pull bottles, bottle pads, and bottle caps.

2. Before driving, you must first use the joystick to rotate the machine and check if there are any abnormalities in its rotation. Only after confirming that it is normal can you start driving.

3. When adjusting the machine, appropriate tools should be used, and it is strictly prohibited to use excessive tools or force to disassemble parts to avoid damaging the components or affecting the performance of the machine.

4. After adjusting the machine, it is necessary to tighten the loose screws and rotate the machine with a shaking handle to check if its movement meets the requirements before starting the car.

5. The machine must be kept clean, and it is strictly prohibited to have oil stains, chemicals, or glass shards on the machine to avoid damage to the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to:

⑴ During the production process, the machine should promptly remove liquid medicine or glass debris.

Before handing over the shift, each part of the machine surface should be cleaned once, and clean lubricating oil should be added to each activity department.

⑶ It should be thoroughly cleaned once a week, especially in areas that are not easily accessible during normal use, or blown clean with compressed air.

Precautions for machine installation:

1. After unpacking the machine, first check whether the random technical information is complete and whether the machine is damaged during transportation, in order to solve it in a timely manner.

2. Install and adjust the feeding and discharging components according to the outline diagram in this manual.

3. Apply new lubricating oil to each lubrication point.

4. Rotate the machine with a joystick to check if the machine is running in the correct direction (counterclockwise facing the motor spindle), and the machine must be grounded for protection
